Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.  ND and MN Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Sanford Health, Medicaid Expansion, Health Partners, most insurance companies and several EAP companies are accepted.

Hart to Heart Counseling is in-network for most insurance companies and employee assistance programs.  After completing the cost analysis worksheet, we will determine your insurance and out of pocket costs.  There are no guessing and surprises with Hart to Heart Counseling.  We vow to not have cost be an obstacle to mental health services and do not take individuals to collection.

Rates

Rates vary on income standards, ability to pay, and referral source.  For example, some employee assistance programs have negotiated contract rates where you do not pay anything. Depending on your insurance plan, you may have various fees, deductibles and co-pays.  We will work with you to provide the most affordable services available.
