I am currently a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in the state of North Dakota.  I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Minnesota State University Moorhead. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, also from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, accepting, and empowering environment to allow you to grow and heal.  I believe each individual has their own unique story in life, and it is important to build a therapeutic relationship and meet each client where they are at.  I have a background of working with children and adolescents in a partial hospitalization program for two years; I now serve clients of all ages.  I focus primarily with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional/behavioral concerns, self-worth, and relational issues.  I like to use a variety of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
