Hart to Heart Counseling's mission is to provide quality counseling services with minimal financial burden and an industry leading response time.

We offer in-house grants and sliding fee options. We are in-network for most private and public health plans.

Hart to Heart Counseling offers Hippa compliant tele-health services to individuals located in the states of Minnesota and North Dakota.
