Hart to Heart Counseling's mission is to provide quality counseling services with minimal financial burden and an industry leading response time.​


Vision Statement

Hart to Heart Counseling was established to help clients and build great practitioners.   We currently offer services to the Grand Forks and Fargo communities, as well as the entire states of Minnesota and North Dakota via telehealth.

We are a loan forgiveness site and offer internships for students and supervised work experience for graduates seeking licensure.

Providing quality care to our clients is always at the forefront of every decision and our top priority.

History of Hart to Heart Counseling

2015  ~  Incorporated in East Grand Forks, MN in 2015, with one clinician in a single office. 

2019  ~  Added a second clinician and a second office. 

2019  ~  Was accepted as an HRSA loan forgiveness site and qualified the first clinician accepted to the program.

2020  ~  Provided hippa compliant tele-health services for individuals in Minnesota and North Dakota.

2021  ~  The first two internships students received clinical experience.

           ~  Relocated to Grand Forks, adding 4 offices and 3 additional providers.

2022  ~  Provided licensure supervision for three independent license seeking providers.

           ~  Added a second location in Fargo, ND.  Expanding with an additional 4 offices and 2 providers.
